Rocket Broadband™ Email Configuration

Check your Rocket Broadband Mail via this Web Mail Link

Please try these instructions first. If you are unable to access your account after following these instructions, please contact customer service at 1-800-501-9610.

These instructions are for Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express. If you are using a different client, the steps you need to take may vary.

In Outlook:

  1. Select Tools--> E-mail Accounts. Select "View or Change Existing Accounts" and click next.
  2. Select the account you wish to modify and click on "Change."

In Outlook Express:

  1. Select Tools --> Accounts Click on the "Mail" tab. Select the account you wish to modify and click on "Properties."
  2. Click on the "Servers" tab.

Mail Setup:
Enter the following information:
In the space marked: Incoming mail (POP3) server, enter mail.rocketbroadband.com

In the space marked: Outgoing mail server, enter mail.rocketbroadband.com

Login: Email address (your full email address in the form user@rocketbroadband.com)

Password: Enter your password

SMTP Authentication (necessary to send email):

In Outlook:

  1. Click on "More Settings." Click the "Outgoing Server" tab. Check the box marked "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication." Click "OK." Click "NEXT-->."
  2. Click "Finish."

In Outlook Express:

  1. Under "Outgoing Mail Server," check the box marked "My server requires authentication." Click "OK." Click "Close."
  2. Repeat this process for each email account.
